We want you to love your Hanky Panky pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
